Ordering - Ordering is fast and easy via our secure server. You will receive a receipt with your order and an e-mail confirmation, which contains our contact details. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept orders by telephone, fax and post. If you send us a cheque, please make it payable to FreshTwist and post it to PO Box 27, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 6XN. Please ensure that you details of your order, delivery details and a contact telephone number or e-mail.

Delivery - Deliveries within the mainland UK are free. We ship using Royal Mail first class post. Express delivery is available at an additional charge - please enquire. All items in stock will normally be with you within five to seven days. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If paying by cheque, please allow an additional five days for delivery.

International -Please note that while we display the approximate US$ and Euro amounts for products featured on the FreshTwist website, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company. The price for shipping vary by destination and we will send you an e-mail to confirm you are happy with the price for shipping. If you are not, we will cancel your order and no charges will be billed to your credit card.

Returns/Exchanges - Changed your mind? Not a problem. The return process is straightforward. Simply return the item and receipt within 15 days of purchase. Please send the items by a secure method as we will not credit lost or damaged goods. We will pay the return postage if the return is a result of an error on our part. Please send us an e-mail to let us know the goods are on the way.
